This restaurant is my favorite place they have the best persian pizza and sandwiches.
The service is really good and people are very nice.
Also the crispy rice with stew was delicious they recommended us the exhaust kabob and it was the best kabob we ever had. -

Ok visited this place.
I had several items on the menu. Mostly the fast foods, pizza, sandwiches. The food is normal. Nothing exceptional.
But the service! The first time they missed up their order ending up charging us 3$ more for an item an then questioned us in-front our friends if we want our money back! So we were forced to say no!
Second time we drove 20 minutes for the mushroom beef pizza ( caused we heard a lot about it but it was all a big fuss) but they ended up saying we are out!
We were served tab water without ice. Cause apparently by default they don't have ice and then we asked for knife to cut our sandwich and then we ended up with a the worst knife...and a lot more
I'm just tired of typing... -

Don't even know why you bother when you don't know how to cook.
Persian restaurants are measured by koobideh. Yours was awful. Dry, tasteless and onion was forgotten. Either you've never had koobideh or bank on us never having had it.
The barg was only good for about an inch of top, rest, dry and tasted blah.
The rice was also dry.
8pm and the place is nearly empty, I see why. -

I've been here numerous times...obviously I love it.
Howeverrrrrr my review cannot be taken too seriously since I only get two things EVER at Mediterranean restaurants... so my judgement is only based on beef and chicken koobideh.
With that said, it is always delicious and the portion size is awesome! Meat is juicy unlike a few other places I've been to in the past.
Their to-go ordering is a hit or miss because there's usually only one guy running the front of store. -

Yes, there is a need to update this review from 8 months ago. Finally made my way back here over the weekend due to the lack of late night options for non-fastfood places in South OC... and I'm so glad I did.
Combo plate ($11.99) is a huge serving and can easily be shared between two. The chicken kabob and koobideh kabob were so tender, juicy, and flavorful, their rice with the butter accompanied it perfectly. Saw the beef tongue sandwich on their photo slideshow and of course, we had to try it. A little pricey ($9 - I think) BUT... it is amazing. The bread is perfectly toasted, not too thick, and it doesn't cut the roof of your mouth. LOL. BIG PLUS! Their beef tongue is delicious! Top that off with the sauce they give you, it's perfection. Don't knock it till you try it!
Great customer service. Delicious, authentic, and affordable food... and did I tell you they're open until midnight? WIN!
